Return & Refund Policy – Umoll

We offer a 7-10 days return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused and in original packaging
* Product must be in resellable condition
* Invoice or proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:
* Used products
* Damaged by customer
* Final sale items

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
